Horizon Systems

Overview

Horizon Systems is a fictional research and technology organization used for this demo. Staff regularly prepared internal reports from documents that arrived in different formats.

The Challenge

Staff spent time moving information between documents and internal reports. Manual copying created delays and made it harder to keep reports consistent.

The Solution

We created a document-processing workflow with review checkpoints and structured outputs. Key fields are extracted, validated, and sent to a reporting template, with a reviewer approving anything sensitive.

The Outcome
